I ́m Roger, currently living in Stockholm, Sweden. I work with small business owners worldwide who sell services and don’t enjoy selling, assisting them in achieving a work-life balance, making better deals, and attracting great customers without using sales techniques.

When they started their businesses, my client’s idea was to break free from being enslaved people working for someone else, make better money, and have a work-life balance. However, one day, they found themselves slaves to their own companies and made less money than they did as employees.
They always worked, couldn’t remember the last time they had fun, and could spend time with friends and family feeling relaxed, not worrying about making enough money or finding great customers.
At that point, many went online searching for help. They found the coaching & consultant community, where people say things like,” Level up your business for six—and seven-figure growth” and ” Become a millionaire and 10 X your business; all you need is the right mindset!”
Some have told me how they bought expensive coaching programs that should help them become financially independent, only to discover that they had purchased a financial dependency on the coach. After the three—to six-month coaching program was over, and they still didn’t see any differences in their business, it was not the coaches’ fault but my clients’ fault, who didn’t want to invest heavily in themselves and join the expensive mastermind group.
One thing my clients say they appreciate about working with me is that I never charge anything upfront. I don’t think I should get paid if I can’t deliver.
Another thing they say separates me from other coaches is that I use a system developed in real business meetings, where things must work by service providers who don’t like selling, not at a university, by someone who has never sold anything themselves.
My clients are not impressed by coaches who know theories, have an MBA in psychology, and have their walls covered in diplomas. They want someone who has personal experience of feeling the pain of selling when you genuinely don’t like it, who has walked in their shoes, faced the same problems, and had their own experiences fixing them.
I started my first business at 22 and had to close it within one year because I couldn’t sell. I then studied traditional selling and thought I understood how to sell when I started my second business many years later. However, I had to close that business within a year as well.
It wasn’t until I began studying neuroscience that I found the key, and my third business became very successful. I don’t offer any pre-made coaching programs that fit everyone because I understand that your business and journey are unique.
